Waterfront Land sells for $700K in Ft. Pierce

An ample 3.86 acre waterfront land in the Fort Pierce inlet has just closed for a total of $700,000. Plans for the site are undisclosed but property has the potential for a dream home development or up to two dwelling units per acre. The sale was executed by sale associates Brian Schwan and Conor Mackin.
