Wellness Center Coming to Jensen Beach’s Riverfront

A 15-room riverfront facility located along scenic Indian River Drive in Jensen Beach has been leased to River House Wellness, LLC. The new tenant will provide specialized psychiatric treatment services at the site, enhancing healthcare offerings in the area.

The property has been secured under a five-year lease agreement. Chris Belland represented the landlord in the transaction, while Conor Mackin facilitated the lease on behalf of the tenant.
