Tire Kingdom Building Sold for $650K

A former Tire Kingdom building located on 9208 US Highway 19 in Port Richey has been sold for $650,000. Plans are underway to build a Just Brakes franchise. Just Brakes provides auto repair and factory scheduled maintenance services, including brakes, oil changes, fluid services, batteries, belts, hoses and more. The deal was brokered by Lou Perrotta, Vice President of Jeremiah Baron & Co. Commercial Real Estate, LLC.
