Palm City office building sold for $650K

The Westbridge Plaza office building located at 1025 SW Martin Downs Boulevard was recently sold for a grand total of $650,000. The property features 7,000-square-feet of Class A professional office suites. The buyer plans to make some updates to the property to help gain new tenants. The deal was brokered by commercial real estate agent, Lou Perrotta of Jeremiah Baron & Co. Commercial Real Estate, LLC.
