A fully leased quadriplex property located at 784 SW 35^th Street in Palm City was recently sold for a total of $320,000. The multi-family property features four 2 bedroom and 1.5 bath units with washer and dryer. The building also had a new roof done back in 2004. The property will continue to be maintained as a quadriplex. The deal was brokered by commercial real estate agent, Lou Perrotta of Jeremiah & Co. Commercial Real Estate, LLC.
