Industrial Warehouse Sold For $375K

October 24, 2014 – An industrial property located at 1650 SW Niemeyer Circle in Port Saint Lucie was recently sold for a total of $375,000. The warehouse features 8,400 square-feet of large showroom and office space, and it’s located close to the future crosstown parkway extension. The property has plans to become the new location for a Granite Fabrication Store. The deal was brokered by Lou Perrotta of Jeremiah Baron & Co. Commercial Real Estate, LLC.
