Retail Building in Stuart Sold for $540K

October 17, 2014 – A 4,000-square-foot building located on 1500 NW Federal Highway in Stuart was recently sold for $540,000. The free-standing building is highly visible from US Highway 1 and it’s also easily accessible. Additionally, it features a huge grandfathered-in monument sign. The buyer had made plans to transform the space into a specialty bicycle shop. Jeremiah Baron of Jeremiah Baron & Co. represented the seller.
