Local investor recently purchased a retail building that includes a Pet Supermarket for a total of $3,500,000. The building sits on 5.25 acres of land with US Highway 1 frontage, and the option to build an additional 10,000 to 20,000 square foot building behind the property. The plaza is located in the middle of commercial development along US Highway 1 closely located near Home Depot and Walmart. The deal was brokered by Jeremiah Baron, owner of Jeremiah Baron & Co. Commercial Real Estate, LLC.
