The former Rexel Electrical Supply company located on 1400 SE Federal Highway, has been sold for a grand total of $1,200,000. The buyer, a local investor, will be making plans to renovate the building and releasing it. The 15,500 square foot property sits on a 1.3 acre lot, and features a fenced-in storage yard, 3 overhead doors, and 3,000 square feet of showroom/counter area.
