Port St Lucie FL: Hospital Corporation of America (HCA) announces that it has leased 20,000 SF of state of the art medical facilities to help service its clients in Saint Lucie County. The space will be split between Primary Care Doctors and Specialty Services such as OBGYN and Cosmetic Surgery. The building is completed and should be operational in April 2016.
HCA was founded in 1968. Based in Nashville, TN. HCA was one of the nation’s first hospital companies. Today, they are the nation’s leading provider of healthcare services, a company comprised of locally managed facilities that includes about 165 hospitals and 115 freestanding surgery centers in 20 states and in England and employing approximately 204,000 people. Approximately four to five percent of all inpatient care delivered in the country today is provided by HCA facilities.
Locally HCA operates the Heart & Family Health Institute, St Lucie Medical Center and ER and the Lawnwood Regional Medical Center & Heart Institute and ER.
The new space is in the Lake Whitney Medical & Professional Campus in St Lucie West. They have just completed 40,000 SF in two buildings facing NW Peacock.
