Conor Mackin is the President and Broker of CMB Commercial Real Estate, a full-service commercial real estate brokerage serving Florida’s Treasure Coast. He specializes in investment sales, landlord and tenant representation, and commercial leasing across the retail, industrial, office, and land sectors.
Since entering commercial real estate, Conor has completed more than $100 million in transaction volume, advising investors, property owners, developers, landlords, tenants, and business owners throughout the region. His approach combines market knowledge, strategic negotiation, and data-driven analysis to help clients achieve their commercial real estate goals.
Throughout his career, Conor has completed transactions involving nationally recognized companies including Crunch Fitness, Skechers, Jimmy John’s, Conviva Senior Primary Care, Aaron’s, Dollar Tree, CSL Plasma, and Jeremiah’s Italian Ice, as well as numerous regional and local businesses.
