Industrial Investment in Ft. Pierce sells for $1.3M

A single-tenant operation occupying an industrial site on on the corner of Grose Road and Enterprise Road in Fort Pierce has just been sold for a total of $1,337,831. The site is comprised of about 29,049 square-feet of industrial warehouses with improvements that include new paint and landscaping. The property was purchased by an investor based from the Tampa area, and the transaction was executed by Sales Associate, Matthew Mondo.
