The site sits on a 0.24 acre lot and features four (4) bay doors and high traffic volume via US-Highway 1. In close proximity to many major and national tenants such as Publix Shopping Center, Advanced Auto Parts, Chase Bank and others. The property sold for $285,000 on December 4th. The transaction was handled by Sales & Leasing Agent Chris Belland of Jeremiah Baron & Co.
