The expansive 108,150 SF Malabar Storage Facility at 2700 Malabar Road in Malabar, Florida recently sold for $13,000,000 on December 15th. There is a total of 353 climate controlled units ranging from 5×5 to 10×25, in addition to 401 non-climate controlled units that range from 5×5 to 15×30. The property also features 111 parking spaces to accommodate compact vehicles, RVs and trailers. The transaction was handled by Broker Ward Snyder with Jeremiah Baron & Co.
