Net Leased Shopping Center & Land sells for $6.9M

The shopping center known as Martin’s Landing in Hobe Sound has just sold for the full asking price of $6,900,000. The 14,743 square-foot site also included a 2.24 acre parcel adjacent to the property allowing for potential expansion or a brand new development project. Some of the tenants to the site include The Grille at Martin’s Landing, Peggy’s Health Food Store, a nail salon, and others. The transaction was executed by Vice President of Jeremiah Baron & Co., Chris Belland.
