New Tenants Lease Storefront Retail Spaces

Excellent storefront spaces located at 1999-2009 NE Jensen Beach Blvd in the heart of Downtown Jensen Beach leases to new tenants. The Island Kava Root Bar and Glass Chamber signs 5 year leases. The area gets an abundance of walking traffic due to its quaint location and its close proximity to the Mulligan’s Restaurant and other local shops. The new tenants will be opening their stores on December 1st of this year. The lease was executed by Sales & Leasing Agent Joshua Johnson.
