Retail Building in Port St. Lucie Sold For $3.2M

September 25, 2014 – A company based in New York recently bought the +/- 45,000 square-foot retail building for $3.2 million dollars. The building located in Port Saint Lucie holds multiple tenants which include AT&T, Sherwin-Williams, and Cash America.
