Local Stuart Investor buys one of the 1st Shopping Plazas ever  built in Port Saint Lucie. The building which is adjacent to Walmart on US Highway 1 in Port Saint Lucie has closed for a grand total of $1,030,000. The property consists of two buildings totaling over 16,000 SF on 1.5 acres of land. The buyer has plans to give the building a complete face lift. The sale was brokered by Jeremiah Baron, Owner and Broker of Jeremiah Baron & Co. Commercial Real Estate, LLC.
