Former Hess Gas Station Sold

Former Hess Gas Station located on the corner of S Federal Highway and SE Village Green Drive has been sold for a grand total of $925,000 to buyer 7-Eleven. The corner location features a signalized intersection, an average of 36,500 daily traffic, and it will be at the base of the future crosstown bridge that is to be completed by 2017. 7-Eleven is an international chain of convenience that operates, franchises and licences over 57,500 stores in 17 countries. This deal was brokered by Jeremiah Baron, Owner of Jeremiah Baron & Co. Commercial Real Estate, LLC.
