An undisclosed labor company recently bought the an office property for $190,000. The company plans to renovate the building and have future plans to sell franchise within five years. The property features 1,500 square feet of office space plus an additional upstairs “bonus space” as well as a secured parking lot. The building located at 935 SE Hillcrest Avenue was sold by a local builder in Stuart, and the deal was brokered by Alex Rodriguez-Torres of Jeremiah Baron & Co. Commercial Real Estate, LLC.
