A Pac Rat self-storage facility has been sold for a grand total of $2,050,000. The warehouse facility sits on 2.8 acres of land and will continue to operate as a self-storage business. The deal was brokered by Ward Snyder, Commercial Real Estate Agent with Jeremiah Baron & Co. Commercial Real Estate, LLC.
